Sierra's BG offers an innovative, cutting-edge choice for emission sampling. After 30 years of using bulky, expensive, and maintenance-prone full-flow CVS to comply with exhaust particulate emissions regulations, engine manufacturers now have a more cost-effective and efficient tool to develop and certify cleaner engines—the Model BG-3.

The BG provides profound advantages over CVS systems as engine manufactures face tough new regulations and requirements for transient testing. Engine manufacturers and others prepare for the 2007 on-highway engine development, Tier 4 non-road emissions requirements, non-road ratings, and regulatory initiatives specific to the current on-highway products.
